How to rent our units

Contact us through phone, email or website. We are available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. 

Whether you're looking to store flowers, food or even pharmaceuticals, we're available to assess your specific requirements on temperature, location accessibility and set up. 

Once the rental is confirmed, Thermo Caddy will schedule your unit to arrive on time, and in temperature. 

A Thermo Caddy delivery member will arrive at your location with your booked rental unit. All units will arrive clean and if required, in temperature. Our delivery personnel will ensure your unit is positioned where you require and correctly plugged into a power source. Before  departure, we provide a basic tutorial on unit operation.

For any additional inquiries, or troubleshooting, feel free to contact us at anytime. 

At the end of your rental period, we will arrange for pickup.
